An Army email I got today

"Program for children of divorcing parents

Children In the Middle, a four-hour program that teaches divorced or separating parents how to help their children cope with divorce, takes place at noon May xx at SoandSo Chapel. Learn about the most common and stressful situations in which children feel caught in the middle. To register contact the Fort Carson Family Life chaplain at xxx-xxxx."

How can you tell 3rd Brigade just got home from a deployment? Programs like this. And guys popping in the computer lab to print off divorce decrees. So sad, isnt it?? On a small composition error, it's weird that the title says it's for children of divorcing parents when it's really for the divorcing parents. Anyway, I guess these programs are nice, if they help. But if you are getting divorced, do you really want to sit in a room for 4 hours and learn to get along? Maybe they'll do it for the sake of the children.
