Well, I had it. I had that one moment where I wanted to be home more than I wanted to be here. I've been moving with the Army for a little over two years now. When I was in Kansas, I missed home, but I wanted to be in Kansas with my husband more than anything in the world. Last night, I wanted to be in Arkansas. I wish I could fly. I wish I could snap my heals and be in Fayetteville, standing next to my brother, looking into the "baby room" at my new baby cousin.
Will I miss everything for the next 15 years?
But on a happy note, we have a new baby cousin named Dara Aisling! Born at 12:09am this morning. 8lbs 12oz. Mom and baby are doing very well. This is also her mom and dad's 15th anniversary.

What an awesome anniversary present!
Sometimes I get homesick, and sometimes I'm glad to be away from home. It's hard when you feel like you are missing everything, but I can't imagine what I'm going to be feeling the next year without my husband. He is my home!
