I registered for my classes for next term. I'll be taking stats (math) and "Family Systems and Dynamics." I don't know too much about Family Systems, only what the registrar told me in her office. But it sounds awesome!! And of course stats is like stupid monkey easy after taking Cal II.

Rigel turned 4 on Sunday. He's growing up so fast. I don't know how people with kids do it. The time is flying by. He really is my baby boy. He's been one of the only constants in this crazy life. When all hell breaks loose around here, I can curl on the couch with Rigel and let him lick the tears off my face. He is my sanity.
And I want to leave you with one thought. It's not the obtuse grand moments that make a marriage. It's the small things, like knowing your husband is thousands of miles away thinking of you. That's love. Diamonds and houses and clothes and cars are pointless at the end of the day. But falling asleep at night knowing your husband was thinking of you as he went to bed in Iraq makes a heart swell.
The greatest thing you'll ever learn is just to love and be loved in return.

Happy belated birthday to Rigel! And good luck with the classes next term. I got greedy and signed up for 18 credits, might drop a course or two after sleeping over a few nights.....
